Short and specific: here is what becomes of anything you send through this site.

Information received

Whatever you decide to include in an email or a form. In practice that means a name, some way to reach you back, where the property is, and a few lines about the tree. Photographs, if you send them. Nothing more is required of you.

Routine server logs may record which pages were requested and the approximate origin of the request. Those are reviewed to understand which pages are useful, and they are not put to any other use.

Purpose

Replying to you, and arranging for someone to come and look at the tree. Nothing is collected for any other reason.

Onward disclosure

This site connects property owners around Springfield with a tree care contractor working the area. Where you have asked for that connection, your inquiry goes to that contractor so they can respond to you directly. It is never sold, and it is not passed to anyone with no role in answering it.

Retention

Through the life of your inquiry and any work arising from it, and not materially beyond.

Your requests

You may ask to see what is held, to have an error put right, or to have the whole record removed. Send that to admin@springfieldtreeservicepros.com and it will be handled.
